At Joyride we have a strict 24 hour cancellation and downgrade service policy in order to accommodate high demand of appointments. This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone, via email or online through our website. For any reason if there is a missed appointment, more than 10 minutes late, downgrade in service, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment.
If you are experiencing any symptoms or feel unwell in any way, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment to another date and time. We reserve the right to request any guests to leave if our team feels they cannot confidently perform their service safely.
